Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the RaceHouse website and the information published on it. By using the site, you accept the conditions set out below.

Using this site without confusion

This website is run by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of RaceHouse. It is meant for drivers, teams, workshop staff and other visitors looking for motorsport parts, performance upgrades and related fitting advice. You may browse the site only for lawful purposes and you must not use it in any way that damages, disrupts or interferes with the site, its content or its security.

You also agree not to use the site to upload harmful code, scrape content, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system. If a page, form or message function is used in a way that creates risk for the site or for other users, access may be restricted without notice.

Information on parts and setup support

The site may describe brake pads and fluid, coilovers, bushes, radiators, oil coolers, seats, harnesses, roll cages, fuel cells, clutches and other motorsport items in general terms. Those descriptions are provided for guidance only. Final suitability depends on the vehicle, the category of racing, current specification, local rules and the condition of the car.

  • Do not treat general notes as a substitute for fitment inspection.
  • Use measurements, vehicle details and intended track use when requesting guidance.
  • Installation, alignment and setup work must be assessed on the actual car.

RaceHouse may also publish notes about setup days and workshop services such as corner weighting, alignment checks and brake bleeding. These notes do not replace a physical inspection or a motorsport rules check where one is needed.

Enquiries sent through our contact form

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, you confirm that the details you submit are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. This includes vehicle information, contact details, fitment notes and any technical background that helps with the enquiry. If you send incomplete or unclear information, the follow-up process may need extra clarification before parts or setup advice can be considered.

Information sent through the form may be used to prepare a quotation, assess a request, arrange workshop planning or respond to service questions. RaceHouse may keep records of enquiries for administration, service history and internal reference connected to the Midrand base and related branches or service areas.

Orders, fitment checks and workshop work

Any order, booking or fitment-related instruction must be confirmed in writing before work proceeds. A booking for coilover setup, fuel system layout, seat positioning, harness fitment checks or another service does not create an obligation to proceed until the job details are agreed. If a supplied part is unsuitable, damaged or incomplete, the work may need to be adjusted before installation.

  • Vehicle condition can affect the final outcome of a setup.
  • Older cars may need extra inspection before parts are fitted.
  • Replacement components may be required if existing items are worn or unsafe.

Where race rules, class limits or scrutineering requirements apply, it remains the customer's responsibility to confirm that the chosen parts and setup suit the relevant regulations.

Pricing, stock and availability notes

Prices, stock availability and service descriptions may change without notice. A listing on the website does not guarantee immediate availability, and a quotation does not reserve stock unless that is clearly stated in writing. Where parts are ordered specially or work is scheduled around a track setup day, lead times may vary according to suppliers, workshop capacity and transport conditions across South Africa.

Any amount shown or discussed is subject to confirmation before payment or booking finalisation. If a pricing error appears on the site, RaceHouse may correct it. The corrected information will apply to any affected order or service request, subject to the law.

Liability, motorsport risk and legal limits

Motorsport carries inherent risk. Parts such as brake systems, harnesses, roll cages, fuel cells and suspension components must be selected and installed with care. RaceHouse does not accept responsibility for losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglected maintenance, unsuitable vehicle preparation or racing conditions outside the control of the business.

To the extent allowed by South African law, the website content is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on the site removes rights that cannot be limited by law. If any term in this document is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

  • Use the site content as a starting point, not as a substitute for inspection.
  • Check all fitment details before committing to track use.
  • Confirm local compliance where racing rules apply.

Contact details, changes and governing law

Questions about these terms, the website or a service enquiry may be sent through our contact form. RaceHouse may update these terms when the website, service range or legal position changes. The updated version applies from the date it is published on the site.

These terms are governed by South African law. Any dispute about the website or its use will be handled under the laws of the Republic of South Africa and, where needed, in a competent South African court. If you continue using the site after a change, the updated terms will apply.
